The GEZE Powerturn reliably and safely opens even large, heavy doors with a leaf weight of up to 600 kg. This powerful GEZE product is also the safe and reliable solution for fire protection doors. At the same time, the automatic swing door drive fits seamlessly into any design with its low height of only 7 cm. With software update 2.1, we are making our automatic door drive even more powerful. The multi-award-winning automatic swing door drive now stands out with extended functions for accessibility, greater flexibility in door planning and faster commissioning.

NEW: Facelift for the Powerturn
With the new software version V2.1, the Powerturn is now even more reliable and flexible – at no extra cost. Ideal for custom requirements and more flexible applications. The reset switch has been omitted, the manual trigger switch is optional, and the wiring of the smoke switch has been optimised.
- Optimised manual opening in servo mode
- Damped and quiet retraction shortly before the closed position
- Trigger via door leaf movement, eliminating the need for the manual trigger switch
- Reset of the triggered hold-open system intuitively via door leaf movement
- Independent parameter setting for a second electric strike via the configurable output
- Increased drive robustness through self-protection against defective electric strikes
- Non-evaluation of safety sensors when alarm is received

The Powerturn swing door drive makes manual passing through the door child's play thanks to this unique energy storage effect. The spring, which ensures safe closing of the drive in the event of a fire, is pretensioned once and held in this position which means that it does not have to be permanently moved during passing. As a result, even large, heavy doors can be opened manually by anyone with almost no effort. This means that the drive is always the 'master of the situation' and closes safely in the event of fire. Last but not least, the Smart swing function also reduces energy costs – in the 'permanent hold-open position' as well as in operation.
